On-Site Chiropractic Care

The key to cost containment within health care is early detection and prevention. And, the key to early detection and prevention is honest, ethical, and convenient care. Onsite access to health care maximizes your employees’ ability to get and stay healthy. With an onsite provider you not only have someone there to provide preventative care and early detection to those that wish it, but also if the unexpected arises, like an injury, you have a trained and qualified physician present to assess and treat, if necessary. Our programs have proven to reduce costs, injuries and improve the employees health, as well as the companies.

On-Site Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage is more than just making somebody feel good. It’s a stress busting, health promoting therapy that can be delivered as 5 minute work station sessions or more. As an employee benefit or company reward, massage is recognized more and more for its benefits to health and wellness. The massage therapist will be able to provide treatment and relief to your employees during their work hours (as the employer allows).

Ergonomic Assessment of Facility

We’re practical people. Our ergonomic recommendations will be focused on how you can best maximize your current working conditions and then prioritize long term needs. We believe that minor adaptations and educating employees on how to best utilize their current workstation are keys to reducing injuries and increasing productivity. Our doctors are trained in how to identify problems, as well as potential problems, at various work stations. We will be able to correct ergonomic errors which can lead to injury and pain, thereby create a more employee friendly environment and reduce the potential of workers compensation claims for the employer.

Health Related Talks/Classes

We are able to address many different topics, including; low back injury prevention, nutrition and stress reduction. The employer can decide on the number, frequency of talks, along with the topics. These talks can be done before, during or after an employees shift, depending on convenience.
