Choosing the Right Ergonomic Office Chair

  • An ergonomic chair
  • Built-in lumbar support
  • Adjustable seat height
    Thighs should be parallel to the ground.
  • Adjustable arm height
    Forearms should be parallel to the work surface.
  • Proper seat depth
    A good guideline is to have 3-4 finger width distance between the back of your knees and the front edge of the seat.
